Terms of Service
Last updated: October 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of CRM LUMI, operated by Kookaburra Digital Designs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan as listed on the pricing page, unless complimentary access has been granted. Prices may change with advance notice.
Google integrations
Connecting Gmail or Google Calendar is optional. By connecting, you authorize CRM LUMI to access that data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.
The LUMI AI assistant
LUMI analyzes your emails and records to suggest leads, scores, summaries, drafts and follow-ups. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything before relying on it, and emails are sent only when you choose to send them.
Acceptable use
- Do not use CRM LUMI to send spam or unlawful messages.
- Do not attempt to access other workspaces or interfere with the service.
- Comply with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws for contacts you store.
Your data
You own the data you put into CRM LUMI. You grant us a limited right to process it solely to provide the service. You may request export or deletion at any time.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost revenue or deals.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
